because last year’s return to mini-comics was such a success, i’m gonna bust social caterpillar press out of the cocoon again this year! MINICOMICS DAY is march 8th, where the challenge/fun is fully creating a complete minicomic within the day!
Last year birthed the kitty coda ‘i buried my cat’. no idea what this year will bring, but thats the fun.
I will be offering copies for $2 dollars, and once again, this initial print run will be it. no more printed after that. one time only so score one while you can, signed and numbered!

2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i still don’t do them. just start em when you want to start em.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
BABIES!!!!!! yes. babies all over the place again. love it.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
this past year was a bit kinder, i hope it continues. I did lose my cat sparky tho. 🙁
5. What countries did you visit?
SCOTLAND!!!! i was in london a few hours too but does a layover count? i say yes.
6. What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012?
more of my woman, more space (not from my woman but physical space). Also more minicomics.
7. What date from 2013 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
the day i got on a plane.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
leaving the country on a plane, which if you know me is almost unthinkable.
9. What was your biggest failure?
wish i could have seen friends more.

no but i had to lose some weight to stay healthy

gta v? good food as usual. oh, plane ticket.

same as last year. kind people. selfless people. my lady. my friends.

selfish people. ive seen a lot this year.

FOOD!!!!! travel. FOOD. ryan adams cds. FOOD. video games. i also may have bought a shirt at some point when i was getting some food.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
PARLIMENT. knicks in the playoffs, Â new grand theft auto, new zelda, the webcomics underdogs website, going to scotland of course.

i was going to put golden filter but now i see that was last year lol. i think OFF!!! had me happy this year. sure i knew about morris already but i think this counts.

this was a bad year for movies for me, i prob watched less movies this year than any year in my life. even baby years lol
My fav new movies of the year are in no partic order – well…nothing i can even think of. was the evil dead remake this year. that was great.

killer joe. premium rush.
my least faves of the year – iron man 3 and man of steel. both very much a let down.

i prob worked. i was older than this q. number.

Were just about at 125 likes on the MonkeyDogSnakeHuman Facebook page! that pleases our punchbags! thank you to all the new pallies jumping on to check out the happenings of our mdsh crew via the fb or the comic site itself.
As of tomorrow the ‘100 likes’ contest cards are leaves on the wind (watch how they houehrouholeurfbnvdfnbve) and wed love to know if you love them like we do once you get em.
This comic has been going about a year and a half at this point – something i’ve (jabby) never done with a single comic. its been crazy and fun and stressful, time consuming, enlightening and meaningful. So thank you for being interested in something that you would subject yourself to these page update posts three times a week. that really means something. unless youve blocked them. then youre just a jerk. I hope to be sprinkling some Creator, Excuse Me and Little Zero in now and again – ive never forgotten them.
Onto the next contest, again – lets find a name for you guys! There are a hand of ideas, and i love them all. but you guys are gonna decide. so keep em coming, well gather em up, set em and vote em. winner gets something fancy.

today yup its april first and im pretty sure that the season finale of the walking dead was an early april fools joke.

Sunday March 24th is Mini-comics day, where we celebrate the awesomeness of minicomics, small press, comicing and art. This day is also celebrated by an annual ‘mini-comic in a day’ series of events where creators write, draw and print a minicomic within 24 hours!
This year i will be participating, marking my return to the form that i started in as a tot, and will be my first mini published in 7 years!
Here is where i ask for your help. Im offering a copy of my mini comic day book for a dollar each. Signed and numbered, the orders i get for this book will be the ONLY copies printed, making it a totally rare deal. You can donate your dollar however you choose – paypal, check, money order, envelope, throwing quarters in my car, sticking a bill in my pants. its up to you. contact me via here, paying on the paypal (look up in the lefthandcorner for the donate button), calling me, facebooking or twittering, the usual routes and let me know. when i have your buck, you have your number in line, and they will be sent out the monday after minicomic day.
This will help me greatly with art supplies, and it might not look like a lot but a buck helps, and it helps support art, so you can feel good. 🙂
